摘要
对镍钴锰三元前驱体生产企业产生的高盐高氨氮重金属废水来源及水质特点进行分析,提出该废水零排放难点及解决思路,分别列出各类污染物常用的工业化处理方法,最后对各组合工艺的投资、运行成本、耗能情况等多方面因素进行比较分析,方便企业结合自身的实际情况选择最佳的废水处理工艺。
Abstract
The source and characteristics of wastewater from Ni-Co-Mn ternary precursor production,which contains high salinity,high ammonia and heavy metals,are studied.The difficulties to realize zero emission for this kind of wastewater and the solution schemes are proposed.Commonly used industrial treatment methods to each kind of pollutant are listed separately.Finally,the investment,operation cost and energy consumption of each combined process are compared and analyzed,so as to help facilitate enterprises to choose the best wastewater treatment process according to their own actual conditions.
